Overview: "We continue to be a family owned and operated business and has been delivering exceptional maid service since 1987. Quality assurance is of primary importance and all our work is guaranteed. In addition to being fully trained and experienced, our housekeepers are required to pass a thorough background check. We are licensed, bonded and fully insured. We accept personal checks and credit cards including American Express, VISA, Mastercard and Discover. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. The rate you are quoted when we call, already includes the 20% PrescreenedPros discount. Rates will be quoted per person per hour. Typically Housekeeper teams are 2 or 3 people. Team size does not effect the overall cost because larger teams take less time. 2. All estimates are site unseen. The more accurately you can describe the size and condition of your home, the more accurately we will be able to estimate the actual cleaning time. PLEASE NOTE: HOMES IN POOR CONDITION WILL TAKE LONGER. PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO CUSTOMERS OFTEN PROVIDING INACCURATE DESCRIPTIONS OF THE CONDITION AND SIZE OF THEIR HOMES THAT WE NO LONGER PROVIDE FIXED PRICE QUOTES. We will bill you for the actual time cleaned in 15 minute increments 3. There is a $75 cancellation fee if the appointment is cancelled with 24 hours of the start time. 4. There is a $75 minimum charge. 5. 2 hour windows for start times. 6. If you are going to tip the housekeepers, please tip the team directly either with a separate check or cash. 7. Housekeepers can provide basic laundry services, however we will not be held responsible for items that may be damaged. "
